Train It Forward is a structured program of nine professional development sessions delivered over 12 months. ImpactusAll trainers deliver them live online, covering human skills, trust, well-being, culture, anti-sexual harassment, people sustainability, and sustainable working.
You introduce the program to your corporate contacts. We deliver the training. The corporate gets genuine, lasting value. And you stop being the nonprofit that asks and become the partner that gives something back. It is no longer about money or volunteering hours. It is about two-way value that a funder can see.
Above all, it is a funding channel. As the relationship deepens, so does the conversation about partnership, sponsorship, and long-term support.
