I'm Dermot Dennehy, CEO of ImpactusAll.

Following a successful corporate career, I have run my own businesses for the last 20 years on an international scale across various industries, including consultancy, technology, eCommerce, luxury, and now ImpactusAll. Over the years, I have been fortunate to collaborate with incredible business partners, investors, and teams—without whom my success would not have been possible.

In late 2024, we made the decision to bring together three of our existing businesses—Manage Remote Teams, Respequity, and WFA—under one unified umbrella: ImpactusAll. We wanted to create something more powerful and sustainable for the future.

Having worked closely with charities over the past five years, I recognised that many of these organisations faced significant challenges. While they were focused on driving impact, they often struggled with operational costs and finding the resources to scale their efforts. With our experience in both corporate and non-profit sectors, we saw an opportunity to do more than simply reduce overheads. Our goal was to empower these organisations to not only save on overheads but to generate additional revenue and then amplify their impact.

ImpactusAll isn’t just about offering tools and services—it’s about enabling charities to unlock more funding by improving their workplace culture, sustainability practices, and overall operational efficiency. We provide organisations with the resources and support to stand out to potential donors and make data-driven decisions that align with their long-term goals. By doing this, we aim to create lasting change, not just within the charities we work with but within the broader communities they serve.

Ultimately, our mission is to help charities thrive, not just survive. Through this holistic approach, we believe we can drive meaningful impact while simultaneously improving financial resilience, ensuring that charities can continue their vital work for years to come.
