How much time will this take:

This is one of the most common questions alongside , how much does this cost? So we created a Q&A section to answer any burning initial questions that you might have. How long does the programme last? The programme lasts for an initial 12 months but you always have the option to stop it at anytime by giving us 2 months notice. How much of my time will it take up: CEO/HRD Practically nothing (7 hours in 12 months), we run everything for you and report progress to you on a monthly basis or more if you wish Fundraising: We will work alongside you increasing your firepower. If you don't exist, we deliver the fundraising part of the programme instead of you. How much time will it take up for each team member: Benchmarking: 20 minutes Training over 12 months: 9 seperate hours spread over that 12 months on multiple dates and times so we don't interfere with calendars Implementation of what has been learned in the training(Action plans): 15 seperate hours over 12 months
